I am an American actress, coming from German, Italian and Norwegian ancestry. Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire, Cyd Charise, Debbie Reynolds and Rosemary Clooney inspired me as a child. I was in awe of their talents and grace as they moved and sang across the screen. Then came the determination to see how I could share my talents, as they did. This helped me to persevere into the creator and artist I am today.
While in college, I did an intensive at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC. Training under David Newer, Michael Donaghy, John Baylis, and Barbara Rubin. Heading back to the midwest, as much as I wanted to stay in NYC, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, earning my BA in Theater, with a classic voice minor. My voice range being D3-F5.
After college, I performed in musicals & plays in WI and MN, before jumping on a plane to the East Coast where I studied extensively at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, w/additional studies at the Pearl Conservatory for Advanced Scene Study, studying the greats like Shaw, Ibsen, Sternberg, and Chekov.
While in the Big Apple, I discovered the love for television and film. Working on the greats such as Law & Order: SVU, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Blue Bloods, Mercy and the Discover ID Channel's 'Evil I: Southland Stalkers' where I landed my first role as Lynette Ledford.
After many years enjoying the Great White Way, I made the leap over to Los Angeles where I remain to this day. Since residing in La La Land, I have done numerous projects for film and tv, as well as some industrials and modeling.
Even through pandemics, may we persevere. See you on the screen!
